FOR OVER FIVE five years now, Embassy Spa Inc. (ESI), located at the Waterfront Manila Pavilion Hotel and Casino, has been positioning itself as “tranquility in the heart of the city.”
Even early on, this was a somewhat easy task – ESI is already a big name when it comes to foot massage, with its therapeutic foot reflexology widely regarded as a trademark service, implemented by a Chinese master reflexologist who has been training ESI’s therapists intensively, so that, “with constant re-training and supervision, our therapists are considered to be one of the best in the country,” ESI says in a prepared statement.
Now under a new management, however, the company sees the need to “expand our services to cater to other areas (favored by) spa enthusiasts.” Thus, “we have added more treatments that aim to soothe and rejuvenate not only the body, but the mind and spirit as well.”
ESI now offers Swedish and shiatsu full body massages, Dead Sea salt scrub with seaweed, and Dead Sea body mud treatment, among others. It has also replenished its oil sources for its therapists to only “use the best essential oils and scrubs.”
Certainly, ESI is working its way to continue fulfilling its intention to be the place to find tranquility in the heart of Metro Manila. |
